Simran Design was commissioned to design a dedicated audio and video podcast studio for Darbar Arts & Heritage Trust at their new headquarters in Hayes, London.

The brief was to create a highly practical and adaptable recording environment that could be used both by the Trust and by external organisations hiring the studio. Flexibility was therefore a key consideration throughout the design process.

To achieve this, we developed a neutral, contemporary palette paired with colour-changing commercial LED lighting, allowing the studio to easily adapt to different brand identities and recording styles.

The result is a refined and versatile podcast space designed to support professional audio and video production, while remaining visually engaging on camera and comfortable for hosts and guests alike.
